ProcedureCreate support messages with NOTIF_CREATE

 

Users in satellite systems can create messages and send them to the SAP Solution Manager, with the transaction NOTIF_CREATE.

Procedure

  1. Start the transaction NOTIF_CREATE.

  2. Enter the following values in the Create Support Message dialog box:

    • Priority

    • System/IBase component

    • Short and long text

  3. Choose the Attachments tab to attach attachments.

  4. Save your entries.

Result

You have created a support message.
