This work center is the central point of access to the functions required to manage your systems.

Prerequisites

You have authorization for this work center. For more information, see Access from the Work Center.

You have set-up Central System Administration for your solutions.

Note Note

The queries All Systems and Systems with Open Tasks are specified by default. You can Specify New Queries.

  • System list

    You get a list of your systems, depending on the active query. Go to the Central System Administration for your solution by hyperlinks in the Solutions column.

  • Details

    When you select a system, tasks, sorted by solution, are listed under Details You can edit a task in the Central System Administration, via a hyperlink on its name.

    Click on Refresh, to see the current tasks, or after editing tasks.

User administration

When you select a system in the list, user administration tools which you can call via hyperlinks, are shown under Details.

Note Note

The client and RFC connection selection influences the selection of available tools. You can check whether there are RFC connections for your system and client, in the RFC Information hyperlink.

Administration tools

When you select a system in the list, system administration tools which you can call via hyperlinks, are shown under Details:

  • Application Server tab

    You can call application server tools, for example spool request output control, via hyperlinks

  • Main Instances tab

    You can call product-specific tools for your main instances, via hyperlinks.

Note Note

There are only hyperlinks in this tab if there are products for your system.
