Job Request
Using this function you can create job requests for:
Creating new jobs

Changing existing jobs

Deleting existing jobs

In addition, you can display existing job requests. For further information, see Displaying Job Requests.
A job request is based on a Service Desk message that includes job and job documentation entries.
You have correctly configured the Service Desk in the SAP Solution Manager. You have made the corresponding Customizing settings in:

In transaction SICF, you have activated the following services for the Job Request application:
WD_AGS_EJR_JOB_REQUEST_APP for job requests for creating, editing, and deleting jobs.
WD_AGS_EJR_JOB_REQUEST_DISPLAY for displaying existing job requests.
You have opened the Job Request application.
You have created the business partner in transaction BP.
In transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR you can search for and view your Service Desk message.
There are two views for a job request:
Basic View: For end-users with limited experience with the SAP Solution Manager
Detailed View: For end-users with expert knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and job scheduling.
