Global ID Type Editor 

Use

This function displays global ID types delivered by SAP, and can create and edit user global ID types. SAP provides a set of predefined global ID types.

Integration

You use global customizing ID types for equivalent, but not identical ID types, which can be in several components or systems. Global customizing ID types specify which ID types are equivalent.

You can base a type group on a global customizing ID type. They are not necessarily for creating type groups, they can document the relationship of customizing ID types.

Prerequisites

You have created the required ID types.

You are authorized to use the Customizing ID Mapping Framework.

Features

With the editor, you can:

·        display

·        change

·        or delete global ID types.
