Service Desk Roles 
The authorization concept for the Service Desk contains roles for specified groups of persons who perform specified tasks.

This role contains the authorizations for the message processing. |

This role only displays messages. |

This role allows satellite system and SAP Solution Manager users to create messages.
All users who send messages to the central SAP Solution Manager System via RFC connection, need the authorization object S_RFC. |
