Administrator

SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN

Configuration of the Service Desk. This role contains the authorizations for the roles:

SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS

SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

Message

processor

SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS

This role contains the authorizations for the message processing.

Display

SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY

This role only displays messages.

Creator of support messages

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

This role allows satellite system and SAP Solution Manager users to create messages.

Note

All users who send messages to the central SAP Solution Manager System via RFC connection, need the authorization object S_RFC.
