The following roles are delivered with SAP Solution Manager 3.20 and have to be assigned to the corresponding users in the Change Request Management system:

·        SAP_CM_SMAN_ADMINISTRATOR

The task list administrator in Change Request Management deals with the administrative and technical side of maintenance cycles and urgent corrections; in particular, the Schedule Manager task lists.

·        SAP_CM_SMAN_DEVELOPER

The developer is the user who is responsible for making corrections in the maintenance and development systems.

·        SAP_CM_SMAN_OPERATOR

The operator deals with the operational side of task lists.

·        SAP_CM_SMAN_PRODUCTIONMANAGER

The production manager approves imports into the production systems.

·        SAP_CM_SMAN_TESTER

The tester is the user who is responsible for testing and validating corrections in test systems.
