Use
You assign a status to document the result of your test case. You can make processing notes or specify retests required, in the Test Workbench, as well as assigning the status. If you have a problem message system, you can also create a problem message which describes the test with errors in more detail, and is forwarded to a processor in a workflow.
Prerequisites
You are in Perform Test in the Test Workbench and have already performed a test case. You want to document the result.
If you want to create problem messages, problem message system has been setup, as described in the in
Problem Overview prerequisites.Procedure
You go to the Status maintenance dialog screen.
The problem message is created in your problem message system. Your test administrator can get an overview of the number and contents of the problem messages.

The following table contains the standard statuses delivered by SAP. The test organizer can change and delete them and add other test statuses. Contact your test organizer with questions about statuses.
