Creating Process Templates 
Creating the process template is the first step in the process design. Using this procedure, you create the framework, in which you can define process flow, roles, parameters, and so on.

1. In the gallery, choose Create Process from the contextual panel.
2. Fill in the parameter values as described in the table below.

Name |
Enter a meaningful name for the process template. It can be translated when the process template is internationalized. No restrictions are applied for the name. |
Description |
Enter a description for the process template – for example, explain what is the result of the process. |
Original Language |
Choose the language, in which the process template is originally created. |
Number of Instances per Initiator |
You can choose one of the following options: · Multiple instances are allowed – at runtime, you can start multiple processes from the same template simultaneously · A single running instance per user is allowed – if a user has initiated a process from this template, he or she cannot start another instance before the first process is completed · A single instance is allowed – each user can only start a process once from this process template |
Folder |
Choose a folder to store the process template. |

In addition, you can select the option Process is started automatically. This option is relevant when initiating the process at runtime. For more information, see Initiating a Process.
3. To complete the procedure and open the process template definition, choose Finish and Open.
