Entering Memos
You can create memos when you want to enter information or instructions for the next processor of the case.
Memos have different text types, which are defined in Customizing and can be controlled using authorizations. It should not be possible to change memos with the text types Final Comment and Business Memo.
The business memos you can use are usually listed and explained in the business rules.
