Working with Meeting
Rooms 
Meeting
rooms provide virtual working environments for managing and handling meetings.
Meetings rooms are standard rooms that you can
create based on SAP room templates (or copies of these room templates). The
scope of the standard rooms results from the combination of the integrated
standard pages and iViews. However, meeting rooms contains additional pages
and iViews that are tailored to the specific purpose of the rooms.
· After installing Collaboration, you have completed the basic configuration.
· For handling series of meeting with calendar synchronization, you have configured the groupware accordingly.

Since certain meeting room functions, for example, delegating responsibility for a meeting, require communication by e-mail, you should have completely configured the groupware, as described in the administration guide.
SAP delivers two room templates for creating meeting rooms. This results in the following possible uses for meeting rooms.
