Consolidation (EC-CS)

Information which is required for historical currency translation, consolidation of investments, or elimination of interunit profit/loss in inventory.

Additional financial data is fed to the Consolidation system in addition to the reported financial statement data in the totals database.

• Data for historical currency translation involves historical group share data.

• Data for the consolidation of investments involves changes in investments, changes in equity, equity holdings adjustments, changes in goodwill and changes in fair value adjustments.

• Data for the elimination of interunit profit/loss in inventory involves the group-internal delivery and service relationships.
