Copy 
Purpose
You use the copy function to copy the following types of data from another version combination or another group currency within the same physical data stream of a data basis:
· Totals data (posting level 00)
· Documents (posting levels 01 and 10)
· Additional financial data
To load data from data streams from other data bases, you use the method Load from Data Stream.
Features
You use one of the options listed below depending on whether you want to copy data periodically or nonperiodically (that is, regularly or not), and whether you want to copy the data within the same consolidation area:
