Data Updates in the Web Interface 

Use

To ensure that SAP Event Management (SAP EM) displays the current data for an event handler or event handler set in response to your Web interface search queries, certain Web interface pages are updated automatically.

The Web interface fetches the current data from SAP EM in the time intervals that have been configured. Therefore, for performance reasons, this function is optional.

Prerequisites

·        The Web server administrator permits data updates to Web pages.

·        You have switched on the automatic data update in your user settings (Settings link on the Web site).

You can choose between normal data updates and data updates with highlighting.

Features

The Web interface updates the event handler and event handler set information for the relevant detail page in accordance with your user profile settings.
