Report and Layout Manager Window 
SAP Business One channel partners, superusers, and authorized regular users can work with the Report and Layout Manager window to do the following:
Access the SAP Crystal Reports software, version for the SAP Business One application, to create and edit reports and layouts
Access the SAP Crystal Reports software, version for the SAP Business One application, to translate reports or import and export translations of reports
Edit standard SAP Business One reports and layouts (PLD type) and save as new reports and layouts
Run reports
Create and manage printing sequences
Import reports and layouts
Assign certain layouts as master layouts to various document types when importing .b1p or .b1px files
Export reports and layouts, multiple language versions and data sources exported along with them, if any
Manage multiple data sources for reports and layouts
Create folders in the SAP Business One Main Menu
Set user authorizations for running reports
View, select, and modify printing options for reports and layouts
Delete reports and layouts
NoteYou cannot delete system SAP Business One reports and layouts that are provided with the core product.
