Sorting Data in SAP Business One 
Use
In SAP Business one you can change the order in which data appears in tables.
Usually, data is presented in ascending order according to the contents of the first column. To sort the data in a descending order, press Alt and double-click a column header. Alternatively, double-click the header of a column to sort the data in an ascending order. For example, you can sort the list of customers by the customer name.
In addition, when you search for records by entering criteria in the Find field, you can enter one character, for example, K and the results starting with that letter will appear.
