Close

Closes the current window.

Save as Draft

Saves the document as a draft.

Page Setup

Enables you to change the orientation of text, to select paper source and size, and to change page margins.

Print Preview

Enables you to preview a document before printing.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Prints the active document on a specific printer.

Send

Sends messages, e-mails, SMS messages, and faxes directly from SAP Business One.

Export to

Exports data to the defined applications, other SAP systems, or convert to text, image, or unformatted text.

Launch Application

Enables you to launch an application from SAP Business One. Choose an application you want to launch from the Launch Application window, or add a new application’s details in the Application Details window and launch that application.

Lock Screen

Enables you to lock the active screen. Use the option if you want to leave your workstation and to lock access to your screen. To unlock your session, enter your user name and password.

Exit (Ctrl+Q)

Exits the SAP Business One application.
