Generating Reports 

Use

Use the procedures below to generate most reports in SAP Business One.

You can generate reports according to various criteria, sorting and other options, which you select each time you create a new report.

Frequently, when you create a report, SAP Business One opens a selection criteria window. In that window, you enter the selection criteria and sorting options to generate the report.

For example, in Inventory reports you have such similar options as the item number range and item group and you sort many reports by a location and a warehouse.

Procedure

       1.      Choose the report in one of the following ways:

·        From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose the required module and under Reports, choose the report you want to generate.

·        Choose the Reports module and navigate to the report you want to generate.

       2.      Enter the selection criteria and choose the sorting options.

       3.      Choose OK to generate the report.

Result

The report has been generated.
