Form Settings Window 
The Form Settings window enables you to display or hide frequently used fields, rows, and other options for an active window. In addition, you can arrange table or row format in each window, add more details, and restore default settings when necessary.
The Form Settings option is available for the common Setup windows, Choose from List windows, reports, sales and purchasing documents, and incoming and outgoing payments.
You can display the Form Settings window for the Main Menu. In that window, you decide which Main Menu options to display by selecting the relevant checkboxes. If you are a super user, you decide to which modules and for which users to apply authorizations.
To access the
window, choose
Form
Settings… on the toolbar.
When you display the Form Settings window for the Setup windows, you activate or deactivate fields on the active Setup window and make those fields visible and invisible. The same is true for SAPBusiness One Choose from List windows and reports.
