Query Manager 
Definition
In this window, you can display all the queries that exist for specific categories.
For more information about category management, see Creating and Editing Categories in the Queries Manager.
Create a print preview or print a report. You can also delete reports.
Query Manager
Field |
Description |
Query Name |
Displays the name of the report. |
Query Category |
Displays the category for which the reports are displayed. |
Manage Categories |
Opens the Create/Edit Categories window. Use this window to create and edit query categories and assign them to authorization groups. |
Choose this button to print the selected report. This option is available only if a print layout was created for the selected query. |

Print Preview |
Choose this button to call up a print preview for the selected report. This option is available only if a print layout was created for the selected query. |
Create Report |
Opens the Create User Report window. Use this option to define a print layout for queries. This will allow you to print these queries. |
Remove |
Choose this button to remove the selected query and all associated layouts. |
