Context Menu 
Use
The Context menu includes commands that a relevant to a specific area on the window or to the window itself. These commands are shortcuts to the most frequently used functions, which are not available from buttons, icons and tabs.
You can access the Context menu either with a right-mouse click or the Ctrl+Shift+F10 shortcut key. In certain cases, a submenu may also be available.
The options available on the Context menu depend on the type of window. For example, Gross Profit calculation is available from the A/R Invoice window, but not from the Business Partner Master Data window. Commands available in the Context menu are also available from other areas in SAP Business One.
