Printing in SAP Business One 

Use

SAP Business One enables you to print reports, documents, and queries. You can print a document automatically if Print Document is selected in Administration ® System initialization ® Print Preferences ® Per Document tab.

Also, you can either choose File ® Print…, or choose the  Print… icon on the toolbar. Window's Print window appears. For more details about the window, see the relevant page in the Microsoft online help.

Printing in SAP Business One is based on templates. These templates are either system templates provided by SAP Business One, or user-defined templates customized by a user. The graphical interface enables you to change the layout or content of your documents. In addition, you can display and edit the templates on the screen. You can modify text, pictures, content, page sizes, and much more.
