Field

Displays fields of the selected form. For example, G/L Accounts and Business Partners.

Rule

Select one of the rules according to which you want to filter the records. For more information on each of the filter rules, see Filters in SAP Business One.

Value

Select a value to answer the rule.

To Value

Select a value if the rule that you have selected is either In Range, or Out of Range. For all other rules the field is disabled.

Filter

Choose to confirm filter definitions. Once you have confirmed, the button changes to OK. Choose to close the window.

Cancel

Choose to cancel the selections and to close the window.

Clear

Choose to clear all filter definitions that you have made.
