Definition

The View menu contains options that relate to display functions of SAP Business One. Some of these functions are active depending on the windows that you display.

Menu Option

Description/Activity

User-Defined Fields (Ctrl+Shift+U)

Display user-defined fields that you have previously created in the existing tables according to your business requirements. For more information, see User-Defined Fields.

Search Field (Ctrl+Shift+F2)

Display fields for which you have previously defined a formatted search functionality. The formatted search enables you to define values, originated by a predefined search process, to any field in the application. For more information, see Formatted Search.

Translatable Fields (Ctrl+Shift+T)

Displays fields which values you can translate into one of the languages supported by SAP Business One.

System Information (Ctrl+Shift+D)

Displays information in the status bar such as form number, item number in a database table and so on.

Restore Column Width

Cancel manual changes in the tables column width and restores the default table settings.

Legend (Ctrl+L)

Displays colors used for displaying the dynamic information in the Dynamic Opportunity Analysis report.

Translated Values

Displays the translated values of fields that have been translated to the language selected in the current document.
