Definition

The Table is an arrangement of data with several columns and rows which contains interrelated information. Table columns have headings with titles describing the data.

Tables have vertical and horizontal scroll bars which allow you to access all the data easily. In addition, you can store a column width by dragging the column borders. To restore the original width, choose View ® Restore Column Width.

You can choose the Data menu options to manage data in tables. Additionally, you can sort or filter data in a table.

To select several consecutive rows in a table, choose the first row and press Shift. Then, choose the last row you want to include in the selection. To select non-consecutive rows, press Ctrl and choose the necessary rows. For example, you select several rows when you create a sales order and include a few items in the list.
