Reporting 

Purpose

SAP Business One contains an integrated and extensive report module. It includes a wide variety of reports, namely:

●     Business reports

●     Accounting reports

●     Warehouse reports

●     Financial reports

●     Account statements

This means that you can compile reports containing business data in almost any way to match the needs of your business.

This application contains many predefined reports that you can analyze in various ways by using the selection and sort functions. Simply navigating in a report enables you to quickly access the underlying detailed information that it contains. Moreover, you can easily create any number of reports to fit your individual needs and requirements.

To help you to create reports, the software has a reports wizard. This wizard will give you step-by-step help when you define queries. Without technical know-how, you can create reports as detailed as necessary according to your information requirements. You can also export all reports to a Microsoft Excel table and some to a Microsoft Word document. This gives you access to data outside of the system.
