Purpose

The Administration module provides tools that enable you to customize and backup data, define currency exchange rates, configure permissions and alerts, and access information from non-SAP software using data import and export functions. In addtion, use this module to define authorizations and alerts, the internal mail organization, basic e-mail and SMS settings and other information. You also use this menu to specify the system setup and system parameters, as well as to perform regular maintenance functions for your system.
