Using Drag & Relate 
Use the Drag & Relate to produce reports and access information in SAPBusiness One quickly and easily.
Use the procedure below to run a Drag & Relate query:
1. From the SAPBusiness One Main Menu, choose the Drag & Relate tab.
All the menus available for Drag&Relate queries appear.
2. Click the Folder icon to open the relevant menu. For example, Sales – A/R, or Inventory.
3. Double-click a relevant menu option in the list to open document row tables. For example, Delivery, or A/R Invoice.
4. Double-click a certain query name to run the corresponding report. For example, double-click the Invoices query to run a report with all the invoices you have generated in SAP Business One.
5. Press the left-mouse button and drag the selected value.
SAP Business One displays either a single document, or a report.

The current procedure is a general procedure for the Drag & Relate tool. Depending on the scenario and your objective, the steps of the procedure may vary. See the example below.
This example explains how to find invoices for a specific payment term.

1. Choose Administration ® Setup ® Business Partners ® Payment Terms.
2. Choose a payment term type according to which you want to perform the search. For example, Cash Basic.
3. Choose the Drag & Relate tab in the Main Menu.
4. Press the left-mouse button to select Cash Basic in the Payment Terms Code field. Drag Cash Basic to Sales – A/R ® A/R Invoice in the Drag & Relate menu.
5. The Drag & Relate window appears with the list of A/R invoices, including details of document totals, status, and posting dates, in which Cash Basic payment terms were used.
