Definition

The Wizard is a series of windows that asks you questions, requires you to fill in data and guides you step-by-step through a procedure. As a result, a wizard creates a form or a report.

In SAP Business One wizards, you can define parameter sets, choose or enter criteria and run reports. You can also save the defined parameter sets for future use. In addition, in each step you choose Next to proceed, Back to return to the previous window, or Cancel to cancel the wizard creation. You choose Finish when you have completed the wizard run.

For more information, see examples of wizards, such as Dunning Wizard or Payment Wizard.
