Sorting Data in Tables 

Use

Use the procedure below to sort records in the tables.

Procedure

       1.      Open any window with a table. For example, the Open Items List.

       2.      Choose  Sort Table… in the toolbar, or choose Data ® Sort Table… The Sort Table window appears.

       3.      In the Column field, select the first column to be sorted.

       4.      In the Order field, select whether to sort the data in an ascending or descending order.

       5.      Once you have finished entering the sort criteria, choose Sort Table.

Result

The data is displayed in the sorted order.
