Features

This iView provides information on the plan consumption or budget availability for selected internal orders or projects. The current plan or actual values of the budget are compared against the assigned values. The consumption of the current plan or budget is shown as a percentage and as a bar graph.

The bar is red if the assigned value is equal to or greater than the plan or actual value of the budget.

The bar is yellow in the following cases:

For the plan, if the assigned value is less than the plan value and the threshold value (default setting is 80%) has been exceeded. You can change the threshold value in the personalization dialog.

For the budget, if the assigned value is less than the budget and the internal order or the project has the status Insufficient Budgeting.

In all other cases, the color of the bar is green.

You control which internal orders or projects are to be displayed using personalization (see under Prerequisites). You can also display internal orders or WBS elements that are used as cost objects for cProjects projects, that are contained in the favorites list of the user in cProjects.
