Use

This iView shows the relevant business data (budget/plan, actual, commitment) for all associated account assignment objects of a shopping cart entry requiring approval in the universal worklist. The data is used as a basis for approving or rejecting the corresponding entry in the universal worklist.

Features

An amount is shown for each account assignment object in the shopping cart. The budget value (if any) for internal orders and WBS elements is also displayed. If no budget value is available, the planned value is shown instead. The actual and commitment value is displayed as well. For cost centers, the budget, actual, and commitment values are currently not displayed.

Integration

You can only access this iView from the Universal Worklistby clicking on a link for a shopping cart entry that requires approval. A dialog box with the budget information then appears.

Prerequisites

You need to have set up a connection to the SRM system in the back-end system. To do this, go to the SAP menu of the ECC back-end system and choose Tools → Administration → Administration → Network → RFC Destinations (transaction SM59), select RFC destination SRMBUDGET and create it.
