Use

SAP NetWeaver Mobile client synchronizes with the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE) using http or https protocol. In the NetWeaver AS, ports are used to identify these protocols. The port information is used by the client to synchronize with the DOE.

Using this procedure, you obtain the port information for the protocols that can be used to configure the client.

       1.      Log on to the SAP NetWeaver AS.

       2.      Start transaction SICF.

       3.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying textExecute.

       4.      Choose Goto → Port Information.

The Port Information table lists the protocols along with the service and host details. You must use the service information when configuring the SAP NetWeaver Mobile client. More specifically, in client synchronization settings, you must enter service information as the Port field value.
