Installing GWM Excel Add-InLocate this document in the navigation structure

Follow the steps in this section to install GWM Excel add-in.

Context

You must install the GWM Excel add-in so that you can use it. Make sure that you have downloaded the installation package to your computer and run it as follows:

Procedure

  1. Right click on the downloaded package, GWM Excel add-in installer, and choose Run as administrator.
    The GWM Excel add-in installation wizard appears.
  2. Choose Next to proceed.
    The Welcome page appears.
  3. Choose Next to proceed.
    The License Agreement page appears.
  4. Choose I Agree, and then choose Next.
    The Select Installation Folder page displays.
  5. In the Select Installation Folder page, you can do the following:
    • Choose Browse to change the default installation folder destination.
      Note We recommend to install GWM Excel add-in into a separate folder.

      If you install the application into a custom folder other than the default folder, when you start GWM Excel for the first time, a customization window appears. We recommend that you select the Install option in this window.

    • Choose Disk Cost, to view the disk space required for installing the GWM Excel add-in.

      If you choose Back, it takes you to the previous page of the wizard; and Cancel, allows you to stop the installation.

  6. Choose Next.
    The Confirm Installation page appears.
  7. Click to Next to begin the installation.

    The installation of GWM Excel Add-On begins.

Results

On successful installation, the Installation Complete page appears.
