The Requests per Minute function enables you to view the user flow to the ICM.

If the number of user requests to the ICM is too high, the arrows visualizing the function thresholds are red.

Prerequisites

You have started SAP NetWeaver Administrator and use the AS Java Overview tool.

Procedure

To resolve the problem, you can:

  1. Monitor the system load by choosing Manage Sessions or View Engine Performance Statistics from the context menu.

  2. Estimate the need for a hardware update and the intensity of the system use.

  3. Find out whether the users have installed some expendable software that increases the number of sessions.
