The Administration workset is the central administration tool for Guided Procedures (GP). With the Administration workset, you can:
· Carry out general administration tasks related to the GP design time, runtime and background frameworks
· Manage transports
· Manage archiving and deleting jobs
· Configure forms
To be able to use the Administration workset, you need administrator rights (GP Administrator). More information: Setting Up Portal Roles
This area includes administrative activities regarding process management, authorization levels for elements of the GP design time and e-mail configuration.

Transport management is the central transport tool for objects created using Guided Procedures. You can import and export categories created in the GP design time.

This tool provides options for scheduled and manual archiving and deleting of GP process instances. It also allows status monitoring.
