SAP NetWeaver Voice provides the means to make business processes accessible by telephone at any time. The Voice Kit is integrated with Visual Composer and provides you with a graphical development environment for configuring, modeling, debugging, and deploying custom voice applications.

Voice applications use speech recognition and touch-tones to automate interactions with telephone callers to gather and process information and to route calls to other applications or telephone numbers. They can help you automate a variety of high-volume, routine enquiries and they provide access to back-end systems and Web services.
