Use

You use this procedure to standardize the process diagrams universally. This ensures that your business process diagrams are comprehensible worldwide. BPMN 2.0 Compliant Files make it easier for you to exchange process diagrams among various process modeling tools forming a consistent language and also preserve semantic integrity.

Procedure

Exporting Process Diagrams as BPMN2.0 Compliant Files

  1. In the Project Explorer view, expand Process Modeling .

  2. Expand Processes .

  3. Select the process you want to export.

  4. In the context menu of the process, choose Export to BPMN 2.0…

  5. In the Export to BPMN 2.0 dialog box, choose Finish .

Note

  • You can export multiple process diagrams at a time.

  • You can also change the process composer DC by choosing New in the Export to BPMN 2.0 dialog box.

Importing BPMN 2.0 Compliant Diagrams

  1. In the Project Explorer view, expand Process Modeling .

  2. Choose Processes .

  3. In the context menu of Processes , choose Import BPMN 2.0...

  4. In the BPMN 2.0 Import dialog box, choose Finish.

Note

You can change the process composer DC by choosing New in the Import BPMN 2.0 dialog box.
