Use

You can create an informational system message, which will be seen by every user who logs on to the SLD.

Procedure

...

       1.      Choose Administration ® System Message.

       2.      In the Message field, enter the text of the system message.

       3.      Optionally, in the Date and Time fields, enter a date and time when the message expires.

       4.      Choose Set.
