Developing User Interfaces 

Purpose

Interactive Forms is integrated into the Web Dynpro framework for Java and ABAP, thus being an integral part of SAP’s user interface strategy while offering additional value in specific scenarios.

Using an Interactive Form can enhance your Web Dynpro application in the following cases:

·        You want to provide the user of the Web application with the possibility of printing out the screen content.

·        You want to enable the user to download the form.

·        You want to offer the user a PDF document as the user interface, for example, if you use only Web services in the backend to supply data to the application and do not want to use any of SAP’s standard UI technologies.
