Use

Searching For Portal Pages and iViews (New)

As of the latest support package, you can create an index for the search in the Portal Content Directory (PCD). If you choose this index when searching, the results list contains portal pages and iViews that are contained in the roles of the logged-on user.

This function allows users to access their portal pages and iViews through the search function. In the results list, you only have to click a hit to navigate to the corresponding portal page.

Inheritance of the Versioning Settings When Creating New Folders (New)

Previously, you had to activate versioning for each folder individually. As of the latest release, this is no longer necessary: When you create new folders, they adopt the versioning setting of the superordinate folder. This means that if versioning is active in the superordinate folder, it is also active in the new folders.
