Use

As of SPS 13, a new transport function is available, which you can use to transfer KM content from one system to another, for example, from a test system to a production system. A transport consists of the export step and the import step.

During the transport, the system takes into account the folder hierarchy with its documents and the following metadata:

●      Standard properties (file size, creation date, last changed by, and so on)

●      Custom properties

●      ACLs

It only transports the vales of predefined properties. If you want to use the predefined properties of the source system in the target system, you have to transport the property definitions from the configuration before transporting KM content. The system does not transport application properties.
