Use

As of the new support package stack, the UI command Map Portal Drive is available for the KM user interface. For example, you can integrate this command in the context menu for folders. Users can use this command to connect a KM folder as a network drive quickly and easily, in order to access the folder content in Windows Explorer.

The prerequisite for this is that the portal drive client is installed on the user’s PC.

Effects on System Management

By default, the UI command is not visible in any iView. In order for users to be able to use the command, you must add the mount_PortalDrive user interface command to the corresponding command group in the KM UI configuration.
