Business process, relating to the handling of vehicles. This can be, for example, create vehicle, change vehicle, create purchase order, create sales order.
Actions can be classified as being primary or secondary, with primary and secondary actions being non-hierarchical terms of equal value. Whether actions are considered to be primary or secondary by a certain user depends on his individual business processes. Actions could e.g. be split as follows: purchasing actions versus sales actions, or logistics actions (actions concerning the vehicle as such) versus financial actions (actions referring to payments).
