       4.      Use the F4 help to select the parameter SYSID in the lower field and enter the system ID of your non-ABAP system as a parameter value.

You can use this parameter to create a favorite for Transport Organizer Web UI in your SAP GUI for each of the non-ABAP systems in which you want to create and organize transport requests.

You can set the following optional parameters:

       PURPOSE
You can use this parameter to define the default application type used when you attach objects to your transport request. If you always work with a certain application, setting this parameter stops you from having to select the application type every time.

Possible values: All values in the table CTS_RQ_APPLID

For more information about this table, see Customizing for Application Types.

       SOURCE
You can use this parameter to define the default file system (server or client) used when you attach objects to your transport request. If you always work with a certain file system, setting this parameter stops you from having to select the file system every time.

Possible values:

       Server
The
Server file system is the default. You can still select Client using the radio buttons.

       Server_only
You can only upload from a
Server file system. You cannot select Client.

       Client_only
You can only upload from a Client file system. You cannot select Server.

       5.      To start Transport Organizer Web UI, select the new favorite (the Transport Organizer Web UI of your non-ABAP system) in your favorites folder by double-clicking it

Recommendation

Save the URL for Transport Organizer Web UI in your browser favorites as well. In this way, you are always able to start the UI from your browser.

Your configured parameters appear as part of the URL and can also be changed there.

Result

You have started Transport Organizer Web UI for your non-ABAP system and can now use it for the administration of your transport requests.
