Object Lists in Transport Organizer Web UI 

Use

The Object List tab page shows you a list of the files attached to a transport request. This helps you to avoid attaching the same file more than once.

Prerequisites

●      You have started the Web Dynpro application CTS_BROWSER.

●      You have created a transport request in Transport Organizer Web UI and attached objects (files) to it.

●      If you want to delete objects from the object list, the transport request must have the request status Modifiable.

Features

Object lists in Transport Organizer Web UI offer you the following functions:

●      Display the objects attached to the currently selected transport request

●      Delete the attached objects

Activities

Displaying Object Lists

 

       1.      To display the transport requests that are assigned to you, choose Refresh.

       2.      Select the transport request whose object list you want to display.

       3.      Choose the Object List tab page in the lower half of the screen.

The object list shows you all files that are attached to the selected transport request.

If you require additional information about the non-ABAP objects attached to a transport request (such as their attributes), you can display this information in TMS by calling the transaction STMS. You can also download the files to your desktop.

Deleting Objects from the Object List

...

       1.      To delete an attached file from the object list of a transport request, choose Delete.

The Delete Object from <request number>? dialog box appears.

       2.      Confirm the deletion.
