Use

As of SAP NetWeaver 7.0, Support Package Stack 11, you can specify a time adjustment in the definition of the currency translation type under Time Reference  ® Variable Time Reference.

In the Time Adjustment field, you can specify whole numbers with +/- sign.  In the Time Adjustment from Variable field, you can specify formula variables (1FORMULA). The time adjustment (regardless of whether it is fixed or variable) is always related to the InfoObject specified under Variable Time Reference.
