With SAP NetWeaver 7.0 SPS 08, on the editing screen for a transformation, you can select a source or target field and highlight the corresponding fields, including the connecting arrow. This provides you with a better overview when there are a large number of fields.

In the formula builder, you can choose Change Form Element to display the parameters for the formula in a dialog box and change them. This provides you with a clearer overview when you edit formulas. Input help is available for the individual fields. It returns suitable operands for these parameters. Formula definition is facilitated by the documentation for the function and the syntax display.

Transfer routines of InfoObjects are now taken into account if the source is a DataSource.

You can now use master data as the source of a transformation.

You can now create inversion routines for routines.
