Function documentation Version Management  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

The PDF-based forms solution is integrated with version management tools. You can save different versions of both forms and interfaces.

Activities

Under Form Builder: Entry Point, enter a form or interface.

●     To save a version of the form or interface in the version management database, choose Utilities ® Versions ® Generate Version.

●     To access the version management functions, choose Utilities ® Versions ® Version Management.
