Use

You can find folders in the Knowledge Warehouse and then display a folder in an Explorer window.

Prerequisites

You are in the Knowledge Workbench.

Procedure

To find a folder in the Knowledge Warehouse:

  1. Choose Edit ® Find ® Folders in the Knowledge Warehouse...

The Find Folder dialog box appears.
  1. Choose the area where you want to search for the folder.
  2. To improve system performance, restrict the search with selection criteria.

Note

SAP recommends that you use the technical name for the search since it is the fastest.
  1. Start the search.

    2. The folders found are listed.

  2. Choose the folder to be displayed in the Explorer window.

    3. The Select Folder Context dialog box appears.

  3. Choose the folder context.

Result

An Explorer window is opened.

The folder chosen and the information objects it contains in the given context are displayed in this Explorer window.
