Initial Configuration
When the installation of the EP usage type is completed, you must carry out various initial configuration tasks so that Guided Procedures can run properly.
· You have successfully completed the installation process for the EP usage type.

You have carried
out the initial configuration for the portal platform. For more information,

Assign the portal
role Guided Procedures Administrator to yourself. This role gives you
access to the GP administration UI
Administration Workset.

So that you can also use the UI of the design time and runtime, you must assign yourself the GP portal roles Guided Procedures User for the runtime and Guided Procedures Business Expertfor the design time.

2. Assign the appropriate GP portal roles to other users as well.

To
connect to ABAP-based SAP Systems using an RFC destination, you create an
endpoint alias in the Administration workset for each of the SAP Systems
concerned and then declare this alias in the GP service
caf/eu/gp/model. For
